• IDF Angie’s Curves June 21st – 23rd


    Angie's Curves

    Sector 9 and the Ian Tilmann Foundation present an IDF World Cup Sanctioned Downhill Skateboard Event on June 21st-23rd. This includes the anticipated schedule of the Angie’s Curves, listings of the prizes, food service information, as well as camping/lodging info and a map of the area.

    Angie’s Curves is located off the 76 Highway in Pala, California at Pala Del Norte Rd. Pala, California 92059.

    Due to high fire danger, NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES allowed at the race venue or you will be banned from the event and removed from the property.

    Wahoo’s Fish Tacos will supply food and drinks on the hill.

    Race track is isolated, so bring any supplies you need at the beginning of the day.

    Bring sunscreen, sunshade, and water. IT’S GOING TO BE A HOT ONE.

    5:00 pm – Rider Registration at Lake Henshaw Campground

    7:15 pm – Rider Meeting at Lake Henshaw Campground

    Friday, June 21st , 2013

    9:00 am – Practice Runs All Classes

    5:00 pm – End of Day 1

    8:00 pm – Campsite Party with Live Music

    Saturday, June 22st, 2013

    9:00 am – Practice Runs All Classes

    12:00 pm – Qualifying Runs All Classes

    5:00 pm – End of Day 2

    6:00 pm – Gullwing Death Match at Pala Skate Park

    9:00 pm – Campsite Chill Out Party

    Sunday, June 23rd, 2013

    9:00 am – Practice Runs All Classes

    10:00 am – Juniors and Women Racing Begins

    11:30 am – Open Class Practice

    12:30 pm – Open Skateboard Racing Begins

    5:00 pm – Award Ceremony and End of Angie’s Curves

    7:30 pm – Campsite Party at Lake Henshaw Campground
